If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged or tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel to help with potential claims or disputes in the future. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please submit a return request from your account using the same email address used during the purchase. Return requests via social media will not be accepted. To initiate a return, email us with your Order ID and Reason for Return, or alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9924166455 with the same details. Please retain proof of handover (such as a manifest, photo, or video) as it is mandatory in case of refund disputes. If no dispute arises, this proof won’t be required. After submitting a return request, it generally takes 2-3 business days for the product to be picked up, followed by 7-10 business days to process the refund after inspection by our quality check team. Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account within 10-12 business days from the pickup date. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. For returns or exchanges, the product must remain unused, with all tags, invoices, and no stains. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denied refund.
