Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped; prepaid refunds go to the original source, and COD refunds to the customer’s bank account (COD/other fees are non-refundable).

To initiate returns/exchanges, email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason, and ensure the product is unused with tags intact.

Pickup takes 2–3 days, and refunds 7–12 business days after quality checks (delays may occur).

International orders have no return/exchange, and can only be cancelled within 24 hours before shipment.

• Clean gently: For silk, georgette or other delicate sarees — use mild detergent with cold water. Wash by hand, do not machine wash. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
  
• Dry carefully: Always air-dry the saree in the shade — never under direct sunlight. Let it dry flat or on a soft surface to preserve shape and color.
  
• Iron with care: Use a low-heat setting, preferably on the reverse side, and place a thin cloth between the iron and saree to protect fabric and embellishments.
  
• Store properly: Wrap sarees in cotton or muslin cloth or breathable bags — never plastic. Store in a cool, dry place. Periodically refold to avoid permanent creases.
  
• Protect from damage: Avoid spraying perfumes, deodorants or hairsprays directly on the saree, and try not to wear sharp jewelry that might snag the fabric.
  
• Limit washing frequency: Frequent washing can weaken delicate fabrics — if possible, air out and freshen sarees instead of washing them after every wear.
