Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Products showing signs of use, stains, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
No Return & Refund
Sedora Couture does not accept returns or provide refunds for delivered orders. Only eligible exchange requests will be considered as per this policy.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once the request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.
